Effective Date: [April 30, 2025]Welcome to Tejas Pickleball Club, operated by Georgetown Pickleball, LLC (“Tejas Pickleball Club”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our facilities, website, mobile app, and any services provided through them, including court reservations, memberships, events, and communications.By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Membership and Court Access
No Membership Required for Booking: You do not need to be a member to reserve a court. However, all users must have a confirmed court reservation and a signed waiver on file prior to play.Membership Tiers: We offer three recurring membership types:Anytime: Book up to 14 days in advance.Offpeak: Book up to 10 days in advance.Early Bird: Book up to 10 days in advance.Non-Members: May book courts up to 5 days in advance, subject to availability.All members and users must have a registered account through our booking platform.

2. Waivers and Participation
All users, regardless of membership status, must sign a digital waiver before accessing our facilities.Users under the age of 18 are welcome but must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.Users under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult while on-site.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled:
- Within 10 minutes of booking (if more than 45 minutes before the reservation) — Free
- More than 24 hours before reservation — Free
- Less than 24 hours before reservation — Full reservation cost appliesMissed reservations or failure to check in may result in a charge and/or account warning.

4. Payments and Refunds
Memberships are billed as recurring subscriptions via Stripe and are non-refundable.You may cancel your monthly membership at any time; your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.Drop-in sessions and court reservations are paid per session and are also non-refundable unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.No late fees or penalties are applied for failed payments; however, access may be paused until the payment issue is resolved.

5. Code of Conduct
We expect all members and guests to act respectfully and responsibly. While we allow outside coaching, we maintain the right to ensure all activity aligns with club standards.Proper attire including closed-toe athletic shoes is required.Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or revocation of access without refund.

6. Liability
Tejas Pickleball Club carries liability insurance, but all play is at your own risk.We are not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen items, or accidents on or off the court.By signing our waiver, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical activity at our facility.

7. Communications and Marketing
By signing up, you agree to receive updates, promotions, and marketing from us via email and in-app notifications.You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link or settings.

8. Data and Privacy
We do not sell your personal information.We may share usage and interaction data with third-party platforms for analytics and performance monitoring (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, ConvertKit, Zapier).Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services
We use PodPlay for court scheduling and Stripe for secure payment processing.Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

10. Modifications
‍We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or posted prominently on our site or app.
